How it works

Bring your expertise. We’ll handle the {{content.}}

We turn the work you do and the questions you answer into content your customers can understand.

You share what matters, take part in one monthly filming visit and review the content. We handle the planning, production, editing and organized delivery.

One clear plan. One monthly visit. One round of feedback.

01Getting started

First, we get to know your {{business.}}

We start with a conversation about your services, the customers you want to reach and what you’d like us to take off your plate. Together, we choose a package and confirm the scope, filming location and full cost.

Once you’ve signed the agreement and paid the setup fee, we gather your business information and begin the research.

03The monthly process

Here’s what happens each {{month.}}

  1. We plan what to show.

    We build a topic and shot list from your messaging map. You share relevant updates, recurring customer questions and any people, services or work you’d like to feature.

    We’ll confirm the plan and send prompts so you know what to expect before we arrive.

    Your partTell us what’s happening in the business and help arrange access.

  2. We capture it in one visit.

    We come to one agreed location and guide the filming around the planned content. We ask questions, direct the shots and help you explain work you know well.

    Full Content includes video and photography during the same visit. Purchased story pieces are also captured from that visit.

    Your partHave the agreed people, space and work available, and take part in filming.

  3. We edit. You review.

    We turn the material into your package’s finished content, with subtitles, caption drafts and the appropriate platform formatting.

    You review the batch and send one consolidated round of feedback. We make the agreed changes within the planned content and prepare the final files.

    Your partCheck accuracy, voice and details, then send one set of notes.

  4. Your content is ready to use.

    Your approved files arrive in a labeled folder with captions and a suggested release sequence. You can see what each piece is and where it fits.

    Your team can publish the content, or we can handle publishing through a management add-on to Full Content.

    Your partPublish the content, or approve the schedule if we’re managing it.

06Keep the next month relevant

The next plan starts with what’s happening {{now.}}

New customer questions, a service you want to explain, work you’ve completed or a detail people keep misunderstanding. Bring those into the next planning exchange.

We use your feedback and the messaging map to shape the next batch, so the content stays connected to the business you’re running.

07Common questions

A few practical {{questions.}}

We develop the topics, content direction and prompts. You supply the knowledge of your business and help us check the facts. Your existing questions, examples and customer conversations give us useful material to work with.

We’ll agree who appears on camera and what we can show before the visit. During filming, we guide you with questions and prompts about work you know well. The plan can also include demonstrations, work in progress and details of your process where they fit the topic.

The initial research and messaging map arrive within seven business days after we receive the required information. One revision follows within three business days of your consolidated feedback, before the first filming visit.

Content drafts arrive within seven business days after filming and receipt of the required information. You send your consolidated feedback within three business days; revisions follow within three business days after that. We plan production ahead of the month when the content will be published.

Request a change at least two business days ahead. We accommodate one timely reschedule per month within available capacity. Weather or access problems are handled by agreeing on a revised plan and delivery schedule.

Content packages run for six months and are billed monthly, with the one-time setup paid before research begins. Management add-ons follow the remaining Full Content term. Your quote confirms your package, selected extras, travel and full cost before work begins.
